Blueberry Muffins - Print Friendly Page



Ingredients:
Cream:
8 tbsp butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 extra-large egg

Add:
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk

Mix together and add:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder

Stir In:
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries with a metal spoon. fill the cups 2/3rds full and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix.

Instructions:
Out of this world!

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees until lightly brown.
