Ingredients: Combine:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Add:
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
Stir In:
1 1/4 cups fresh raspberries
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3rds full. Sprinkle the tops lightly with cinnamon sugar.
Instructions: Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees until lightly brown and done to the touch.
