Blueberry Muffins - Print Friendly Page



Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup shortening
1 cup milk
4 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 tablespoon salt
3 cups blueberries

Instructions:
Mix sugar, eggs, shortening, and milk. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add to first mixture. Fold in blueberries and place in greased muffin pan.

Bake at 400ºF for 15 to 20 minutes.
