Mexican Fruit Cake - Print Friendly Page



Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp soda
2 eggs
1- 20oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup nuts

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Pour into greased cake pan and bake aat 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Frost while hot with the following ingredients blended until smooth:

1- 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 cube butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
