Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter
4 Tbsp Ghiradelli's sweet ground chocolate
2 tsp unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions: Melt butter and chocolate over medium heat on stove. Beat eggs and sugar. When butter and chocolate is melted, add eggs and sugar. Then add flour, salt and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8x8" pan. Cook in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes. Do not over cook. Let cool, then refrigerate. When cold, cut into small squares. May be frozen. Can be served at room temperature or cool from the freezer.
