Ingredients: 3 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons melted margarine
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions: Mix up batter at least 2 hours before cooking. Beat eggs, then beat in all other ingredients. Batter should be thick, like thick farm cream. Do not refrigerate batter - it should get to room temperature. Grease a 12 compartment muffin tin and pour batter in. Bake about 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
