Stuffed French Toast - Print Friendly Page



Ingredients:
2 loaves of French Bread cut into large pieces diagonally
6 eggs. Beat well
4 tbls sugar - heaping
2 tsp cinnamon, 3 tbls amaretto, 2 to 3 cups of milk

Instructions:
Mix all together well. Cut a pocket in the slices of bread stuff with your favorite fruit. Some of our favorites are breadpudding, pumpkin pie mix, just a little in each slice; apples, peaches just use your imagination. Grill till golden brown and sprinkle with powdered sugar with mint leaves and a slice of orange on the side.
