Ingredients: 2 - 750ml bottle of Absolute® Vodka
2 whole Vanilla Beans, from Central Grocery while you’re here
Instructions: Slice beans length-wise and stick down in the bottle of Vodka. Let sit in the sunshine for a few weeks until it takes on a dark amber color.
Refill with Vodka after a few uses to keep a full supply.
