If one feels the need to roam after a day tasting wine and buying art, one only needs to hike nearby Blue Hill mountain. The 940 foot Blue Hill contains a 3-mile loop trail using the Osgood and Hayes trails. After your hike and a rest at the bed and breakfast, you may want to enjoy some of Blue Hill's entertainment opportunities. One such opportunity is the New Surrey Theatre where bed and breakfast visitors can see plays and musicals including most recently The Three Penny Opera and Damn Yankees. Blue Hill also has a number of historical sites to visit. Two museums are housed in buildings built in the early 1800's: The Blue Hill Historical Society museum in the Holt House and the Jonathan Fisher House and Memorial.
