The Mercersburg Inn is proud to partner with the acclaimed L’ Academie de Cuisine of Bethesda, MD, to present a series of culinary weekends throughout the year. Held Friday night through Sunday afternoon, the weekends feature two intensive cooking classes and (of course) fabulous meals. These are "hands-on" sessions for those with skills at any level. Cooking classes are held in the mornings, followed by a lunch featuring the results! The Saturday night’s Chef’s Dinner is an elegant gala event.
