Enjoy the beauty of nature as you hike through Nelson County. We have several different hikes for you to try ranging from easy to challenging. Choose one or more from the following:
Crabtree Falls - (2 miles from base of waterfalls to the top) - Moderate to challenging.
Blue Ridge Rail Trail - (2 miles level terrain) - Easy
Appalachian Trail - (25 miles) - Moderate to challenging.
Appalachian Trail - (2.6 miles with swinging bridge) - Moderate
Appalachian Trail - (1.6 miles) - Moderate to challenging.
White Rock Falls - (2.5 miles) – Moderate.
Henry Lanum Memorial - (4.8 miles).
Fortune's Cove Nature Preserve - (5.3 miles) - Moderate
