We're happy to announce our next few classes in our "Field to Fork" series. Classes are held in the historic 1930's kitchen, where you are instructed by our Chef Jonathan Perno, and Sous Chef Janice Kegley. After the class, sit down to enjoy your creations as a group.

Saturday, February 6th, 10:30am - 1pm: A special introduction to making Souffles - just in time to impress that special someone for Valentine's day!

Saturday March 6th, 10:30am - 1pm: Handmade Pasta

Saturday April 3rd, 10:30am - 1pm: Artisan and farm breads
