Founded in 1982 by Pamela Lanier, Bed and Breakfasts, Inns and Guesthouses International is one of the largest bed and breakfast innkeeper organizations worldwide with over 8,500 members in 132 countries. Our purpose is to extend awareness of specialty lodging throughout the world and to provide innkeepers educational resources and opportunities to personally share their unique properties with every guest possible.

Pamela Lanier is a recognized travel expert, personally committed to supporting the lodging industry. Frequently called upon to speak to lodging organizations, Pamela is an active member of the AHLA Small and Independent properties Advisory Counsel. Ms. Lanier has done travel segments for CNN several times and is a regular contributor to travel magazines.
