Jim and Linda Palmer and Harvey moved to Asheville and The Lion & the Rose from Tampa, Florida after years of searching for the ideal place to live.
The Palmers worked in public service jobs for thirty years while supporting Harvey in the manner to which he had become accustomed.
Cedric Palmer has assumed Harvey's duties as concierge, and graciously accepts gratuities in the form of belly rubs.
