About your Innkeeper

from Inn at Long Lake Inn

bed and breakfast story photo of Keith A. Neubert

Innkeeper-Chef Keith A. Neubert’s career in hospitality spans more than 25 years of service. From the stately kitchens of Phillips Exeter Academy to the vibrant dining scene in New Orleans’ famed French Quarter, Keith’s New England heritage and special offerings of Yankee Hospitality shine through at Inn at Long Lake.

As the former host of Lake Region Television’s cooking series “Cooking Inn Style,” Keith has become a dynamic force in the local culinary landscape. He is passionate about re-introducing American ‘Main Street Home Cooking’ to the experience found at Inn at Long Lake. Seasonal flavor and local fare, so abundant in Maine, infuse Keith’s culinary and beverage creations.

His love for the Victorian-Revival era are reflected in the 1920-1940’s furnishings and décor throughout the inn. A comforting blend of Edwardian elegance and mid-century style transport his guests to a simpler time of “days gone by.” Come back and experience the magic for yourself through food and ambience. It will remain a memorable experience.A
