We have had the privilege to live and explore Montana’s beauty and rich resources for 40 years. With this experience, we take pride in helping our guests create a memory, while discovering off the beaten path recreational areas of Montana. With Yellowstone National Park as our backyard, our family has a rich history of what Mother Nature offers. It is our goal for each guest to grasp a memory of the beauty and depth of Montana. Raised on the Yellowstone River in Paradise Valley, Montana, I hunted, fished, foraged, and many times got lost in the Absaroka (aka “People of the Crow”) Mountains that ramble through Yellowstone National Park and along the back yard of Rivers Bend Lodge. After careers as a Greek language and linguistics professor, author, and IT executive, my unfeigned passion is now to share our knowledge of the local waters, mountains, and prairies to the countless fly-fishers and outdoor-seekers who travel to our neck of the Montanan woods.
