Innkeeper's Story

presenting

35 years as Innkeeper

from Asa Ransom House Inn

In all started with the purchase of a 1853 historic brick building on the property of the first grist mill in the county.
Frist two guest rooms, then four, and with a edition in 1992, 10 rooms. Older buildings take a bit more maintance, but the craftmanship and charm are rewarding and worth the efort.
When I'm not in the Inn taking care of the guests, your find me attending the herb garden or on a Saturday, helping at the local Farmers' Market.
For a bit of relaxation, traveling on Amtrak to one of our national parks is a great way to enjoy the beauty of our country.
We love guests that enjoy Bed and Breakfast and Country Inns, as it give one more feeling of the local area.
