I came to live full time in Puerto Vallarta in Sept of 2007. I had been traveling with family to PV over twenty years prior to purchasing Casa del Angel in 1997 to eventually retire here. I am from Boulder Colorado and have worked in the food industry all my life. I worked at my folks restuarant (Village Coffee Shop)for 30 years, while raising a family of two children (Katie & Kyle). I also started my own business which is Robins Crew that provided profesional wait staff for private and catered parties. This led into my wedding consulting and catering which I brought to PV and have been blessed with success of being in Puerto Vallarta mexico where there is no better place to live and work!!!!
