People ask both Bob and me all the time, "What is it like to run a small summer resort, and how do you manage all of the work it requires?" I can tell you that after 35 years of doing this, with all of the wonderful people we've met from all over the United States and the world, watching families and friends come back year after year - their children growing up before us - we wouldn't have it any other way. This continues to be a labor of love, one that allows us to serve others and be a part of people's lives during what is truly a very precious and special time in the American experience - the family summer vacation.
