A delicious country breakfast is served every morning. We make every effort to make your stay a special and memorable experience. Connie will gladly accommodate special needs for breakfast, so don't hesitate to ask.

Nestled among the trees atop a peaceful ridge, the Inn offers its guests a serene, panoramic view of the mountains from the porch swing or lazy rockers that invite you to indulge yourself in the beauty of your surroundings.

A visit to this authentic log cabin B&B is sure to relax your spirit and rejuvenate your soul no matter what time of year you visit. Awaken to the sound of songbirds heralding the dawn as the sun stretches its rays across Mt. LeConte, and the aroma of fresh brewed coffee fills the air, beckoning you to a delicious down-home cooked breakfast. Calico Inn is YOUR home away from home!
8 acres of woods for hiking. Because we are a small inn, cancellations affect us significantly. Advance deposit of one night's lodging is required. Deposit will be happily refunded less a $10 service charge, if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival. No shows or cancellations less than 10 days (October and holidays 15 days) will be charged for the entire amount of the reservation.

The Inn is moments away from all of the sightseeing and entertainment adventure the area has to offer. You can spend the day at Dollywood, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, horseback riding, hiking, ATV, rafting, golfing or outlet shopping. There are many wonderful and entertaining music and comedy theaters, showcasing the flavor of the Smoky Mountains!

The Wildflower Room is luxury and comfort at its best. This room has a spectacular double-mountain view with a large private bath and twin sinks.

The Mountain Laurel Room dons shades of blue, has a queen size iron bed, and a panoramic view of the mountains. There's also a full size private bath for your comfort.
