Historically designated, award winning, country-style home has been restored to its original 1910 grandeur with simple yet elegant decor. Centrally located, within 5 minutes of downtown Fort Worth. Two suites, three rooms.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Each room contains a luxurious king or queen bed with your choice of pillows. Three guestrooms in the house all have relaxing sitting areas and private baths with clawfooted tubs with showers.

The carriage house has two suites; the first floor sleeps up to 4 adults in two separate rooms, has a fireplace, whirlpool tub and is handicap accessible; the second floor sleeps two and contains a whirlpool tub and sauna.

Guests are afforded complete privacy. However, if desired, they may enjoy the parlor, living room with fireplace, dining room, wraparound porch, gazebo and large, native Texas garden.

Breakfast, described by one of the guests as "fit for visiting royalty," may be served in either the dining room, or in your room. It's a gourmet treat, with fresh fruit or baked fruit in compote (seasonal), baked egg casseroles and homemade breads and muffins, juices, coffee or tea served on antique china with sterling silver and crystal.

Other amenities include desks, wireless internet, private line phone, cable TV, early morning coffee service, upon request, snacks and beverages and off-street parking.

The owners, Jamie and Grover McMains, live on the premises in their own private quarters separate from the guests' areas. They are extremely knowledgable of Fort Worth and will provide recommendations to the most romantic restaurants, as well as sightseeing attractions. At your request, they will make reservations or pick up tickets in advance of your arrival.

Land of Contrast: King bed with sitting area, wicker furniture, Texas-sized full bath, with clawfooted tub and shower. Bright, airy room with lots of light from the large windows.
