Centrally located in the Logan Circle Historic District, the Aaron Shipman House is just six blocks to, and ten blocks from the White House. The red line Metro is 6.5 blocks from the home at Dupont circle. The green line is 5.5 blocks from the home at the U. Street station.
Additionally, there are major bus lines 1 block from the home that travel to the White House and the National Mall, or a separate line that travels through Dupont circle to Georgetown. The new Washington Convention center is 7 blocks from the home, or about a 15-minute walk. The Aaron Shipman House welcomes children of all ages as treasured guests.
