Bed and Breakfast Description

Summerville, South Carolina bed and breakfast: Price House Cottage B&B

One of the earliest houses in Summerville (circa 1812), it was built as a summer retreat from Charleston's heat and humidity. The Cottage is quiet and secluded, an ideal place to relax. The Cottage has its own private paved drive and parking area.

The Cottage is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Summerville. There are a number of excellent restaurants in Summerville including the renown 5 Star, 5 Diamond Dining Room at the Woodlands. We are less than 30 minutes drive to the heart of Charleston's historic district and closer to the Ashley River plantations than accommodations in downtown Charleston.

The Cottage and Main House have been restored to exacting detail and the highest standards. Furnishings and accessories are of very high quality not usually found in properties that are rented. A common comment by guests is that no detail has been overlooked.
