Our spacious 3-story home has kept the character and charm of 1906 in the Historic District of New Smyrna Beach, with its central fireplace and its intricate, natural wood in every room.

Innkeepers Martha and Chuck Nighswonger greet their guests with a choice of breakfast. Enjoy full breakfast, complete with steaming hot coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, served on china and antique silver in the dining room. Or have continental breakfast delivered to your room, porch or the dock. Delicious low-cholesterol entrees are a house specialty.
