Bed and Breakfast Description

A beautiful & sunny Victorian home nestled among native Alaskan spruce and birch trees, in the secluded foothills of the Chugach Mountain Range. Inspired by the homes of Historic Galveston Island and designed by Cindy, Alaska's North Country Castle offers a peaceful & earth friendly getaway with its flower bedecked views of the Chugach Mountains, Cook Inlet, and beyond. Stroll downstairs to a bounteous breakfast in our gazebo-style nook. Enjoy the quiet privacy of your suite's luxuries, relax in the vaulted ceiling guest living room enfolded on all sides by forest and salt water views, or head out onto the animal trails around the B&B. Two night minimum required.

Turnagain View: Romantic suite w/queen bed boasts double Jacuzzi/shower bath. Calm turquoise blues shade spacious teak-furnished vaulted ceiling bedroom w/real fireplace, ceiling fan, and sitting area. Private sunset deck above waters of Turnagain Arm.

Chugach View Suite: Two-bedroom suite for up to five gentle people, with large private bath, sparkling mountain-view vaulted bay windows, private garden/mountain-sunrise view deck, and balconied sitting area.

Check In Instructions:

If you must arrive after bedtime, we'll leave the light on and a note directing you to your suite, covers all turned down and ready to slip between the soft sheets!
