Only 2 blocks from the famous St. Augustine City Gates, which date back to the early 1700's, this historic St. Augustine bed and breakfast inn is convenient to downtown St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city.

Eleven-foot ceilings and antique furniture are authentically Victorian, yet maintain a modern feel. King and queen-sized beds, private bathrooms with whirlpool tubs or the original claw foot tubs/shower, private balconies, central A/C and heat all provide the comforts of today. The elegant furnishings create the look of yesterday.

The three-course home-cooked breakfast is a treat not to be missed. The menu changes from season to season taking advantage of the freshest ingredients possible. Coffee is set up at 7:30 AM in the hallway outside the rooms allowing early risers time to enjoy coffee leisurely in their room, on a private balcony, or while rocking on the front porch as the 'Ancient City' comes alive. At 9:00 AM, a scrumptious breakfast is served in the dining room. The menu includes fresh fruit, homemade sweet and savory baked items, hearty entrees, and delicious breakfast desserts. If you prefer an earlier breakfast or have special dietary needs, please notify the innkeeper in advance.
