Sleepy Hollow Farm is a family farmhouse and cottage that sits in a natural hollow, surrounded by woods and farmland. An ideal setting for weddings, family reunions or retreats.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Sleepy Hollow was named in 1950 by the owner, then a young bride, because of its natural setting. Many species of birds and abundant wildlife make themselves at home here. One late August evening a large black bear sauntered through, even a bobcat made its resting place in the barn. Deer are a plenty.

The farmhouse offers three bedrooms and the chestnut cottage 2 suites, all have private baths and air conditioning. A full country breakfast is served in the sunny farmhouse dining room or the formal blue dining room. Fresh cut flowers adorn the tables and savory herbs from our garden enhance our meals.

Sleepy Hollow is a beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding. We have a list of caterers and can suggest wedding planners. We have hosted many reunions and retreats. Washington DC/Fairfax 90 miles, Richmond 60 miles, Charlottesville/UVA 25 miles.
