Take the Trolley Tour through Milledgeville, the fourth Capital of Georgia (1807-1868.) Go bass fishing on Lake Sinclair. Visit Andalusia Farm, home of noted author Flannery O'Connor. Attend performing arts events @ Georgia College & State University (c1898) & Georgia Military College (c1879). Visit Memory Hill Cemetery, the final resting place of noted Statesmen and Soldiers, as well as Patients of Historic Central State Hospital. Spend the day shopping downtown, visit our antique stores and stroll the campus lawns. Finish the day dining at one of our fine restaurants. Our rooms have the comfort of central heat and air. Elegantly appointed and spacious, with a sitting area & private baths. Our beds are finished with down comforters and ample pillows. Crystal bed side carafs are filled with filtered water.
