Fredrick House is an award winning B&B, in seven buildings across from Mary Baldwin College in downtown Staunton, Virginia.

Frederick House is located in a culturally rich, and historic downtown district. Walk to shops, restaurants, parks, museums, galleries, concerts, and theaters from Frederick House.

All rooms feature private baths, cable TV, telephone, and WiFi. The Dining Room, a restaurant and bar serves upscale American cuisine and is located in one of the seven buildings at Frederick House.

Staunton, the oldest city in the Shenandoah Valley, is home to the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library, Frontier Culture Museum, Mary Baldwin College, and American Shakespeare Center's Blackfriars Playhouse, the only authentic recreation of Shakespeares Blackfriars Playhouse in the world. Let us assist you with theater tickets and dinner reservations.

Arrive in Staunton by interstates 81 or 64, or by back country roads like 11 or 250. Historic Staunton Station offers an Amtrak stop from Washington, DC or Chicago. Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport is twenty minutes from Frederick House. We can collect you from the train station or airport in the Frederick House limosine, a 1979 F100.

    The Patricia Menk Suite is a romantic spacious one bedroom suite with four poster king canopy bed in a spacious bedroom with bay windows. The large parlor with sliding doors has a decorative fireplace. From the front porch enjoy a view of the college.

    The E.S. Stribling Suite has two bedrooms. Enter into a small foyer. To the left is a large guestroom with a queen bed; to the right another large room with a queen bed. A bathroom for this suite is in the hall. Each bedroom has a sitting area and TV.
