The Waterwheel Restaurant, which is located in the restored gristmill, offers a continental menu with such selections as fresh local trout.

The ambience here is rustic country with fine prints and fresh wildflowers in season. With dinner, guests may choose their own wine from the wine cellar, located among the workings of the mill or enjoy the congenial atmosphere of the tiny Simon Kenton Pub.
