Whitefish, Montana bed and breakfast: Good Medicine Lodge
Situated in Whitefish, Montana and in the heart of America's greatest outdoor recreational region, Good Medicine Lodge is only a few turns from The Big Mountain, a short hike from Glacier Park, a paddle away from Whitefish River and Lake, and a nine iron from the Flathead Valley's nine golf courses.

Our six spacious rooms and three suites, most with balconies and mountain views, have private baths, vaulted wood ceilings and custom made lodge pole or iron beds. The flexible accommodations feature either king, queen, or twin arrangements and our largest suite can sleep five. Breakfast each morning includes fresh baked muffins, breads or cobblers, cereals, granola, yogurt, a variety of egg dishes, coffee, milk, tea and juice.

Good Medicine Lodge is built of cedar timbers and has a rustic and informal atmosphere. Decorated in a western motif, the roomy interiors are punctuated by crackling fireplaces and solid wood furnishings with fabrics influenced by Native American textiles. For travelers' convenience, there is a guest laundry and ski room with boot and glove dryers. And for travelers' enjoyment, we have an outdoor spa.

The lodge is wheelchair accessible.

Glacier National Park, 26 miles; Big Mountain Ski Resort, 6 miles (free snow bus service); Whitefish Lake, 1/2 mile; Dog Sledding 15 miles; Stillwater Nordic Center and other cross country skiing 1-7 miles; 8 Golf Courses, 2 miles to 20 miles; rafting, 24 miles; and horseback riding, 5-10 miles; and fly fishing 2-16 miles.

Great Northern Suite: Two room suite featuring a private sitting room and separate bedroom with King bed. Room has fireplace, spa, Swiss shower with 8 head shower and private balcony.
