Experience the historical elegance of the Mayor's Mansion Inn Bed and Breakfast. This 18-room bed and breakfast mansion inn, built in 1889, was home to Edmond G. Watkins, who later became the Mayor of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Now serving Chattanooga and located in the Fort Wood Historic District, the Mayor's Mansion Inn Bed and Breakfast is truly dedicated to making your stay in Tennessee is as unforgettable as your Chattanooga surroundings.

Our cancellation policy is a $25 fee if you cancel 14 days prior to your reservation. Within those 14 days, guests are responsible for payment of the room unless it is re-rented.

A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation. Cancellation 14 days or more from reservation will be full refunded with no additional fees. Cancellation within 14 days of reservation, the guest will be charged unless the room can be re-rented.
