Bed and Breakfast Description

Lyme, New Hampshire bed and breakfast: Breakfast On The Connecticut

Situated on the Connecticut River in rural Lyme, New Hampshire, just a dozen miles north of Hanover and Dartmouth College, Breakfast on the Connecticut provides a peaceful getaway for Dartmouth parents and alumni, vacationers, business retreats and group events.

15 bedrooms, each with private bath and some with in-room whirlpool tubs. Each room has its own color TV/VCR, telephone and individual climate control. Two large suites offer ample room for a family of four. Some rooms have their own gas fireplaces. The Inn has several common areas, including the Living-Dining-Sunroom area that surrounds the large working kitchen, which is the source of generous country-style breakfasts each morning.

Breakfast on the Connecticut will provide you with an attractively presented gift basket of goodies that will be placed in your room upon arrival. We can include champagne, wine or sparkling juice with champagne or wine glasses; crackers, cheese, cookies and candies nicely arranged in an attractive basket.

Are you feeling stiff and sore after a day of skiing, snowshoeing, hiking or canoeing? Has the stress of everyday life become too much? Or would you just like to feel pampered for a while? Then why not treat yourself to a relaxing massage by Michael Goane, a New Hampshire Licensed and Nationally Certified Massage and Bodywork Practitioner. Michael has been trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Cranial Sacral Therapy and warm stone massage. Appointments are required.
