Bed and Breakfast Accommodations

Willow Manor was built in 1860 by the Scottish stone masons. We still have 2.5 acres of the original farm which provides us with some privacy from the bustling world around us and offers an outdoor pool area.

Inside we have 5 rooms 2 king, 2 queen & 1 with twin beds-- 4 working fireplaces, heated bathroom floors, and Jacuzzi tubs.

Sunlight floods into spacious rooms of soft pastel shades and inviting furnishings. A flickering fireplace provides the perfect backdrop, showcasing a turn-of-the-century square baby grand piano, plush Oriental carpets, botanical prints, antique gilt mirrors and vessels of potpourri.

Rooms are available with en suite baths, fireplaces, and bar fridges. Pamper yourself with the luxury of crisp linens, fabulous fat European feather duvets and his and her terrycloth robes.

Each guest is treated to our high level of service, comfort and superb breakfasts. Flexible breakfast times, daily newspapers, wireless high speed Internet, in-room telephones, daily newspapers, cable TV, on-site parking and corporate rates.

Guelph is a very musical city with a Jazz Festival, the Hillside concert weekend, and the Guelph Spring Festival. The River Run Centre always has award-winning performances throughout the year. Niagara Falls is just an hour away! Toronto is approximately an hour, depending on the traffic.

The Scottish Highland Games in Fergus are very close by as well as Octoberfest in Kitcherner Waterloo. The St. Jacob's Market attracts people from around the world. There is a strong Mennonite influence at this market. Stratford world famous for Shakespeare is within easy driving distance. Fly-fishing and golf is abundant around Guelph.

The Loft is one of our most sought after rooms. It is romantic with its extra large king-size bed, and a Jacuzzi for two! Enjoy the privacy of this room with its own staircase. Brides and grooms remember their stay in the Loft forever.

The Master Bedroom is a room of elegance. A one-of-a-kind, four-poster, brass king-size bed is the center of attention. Warm & cozy with a fireplace, a Jacuzzi tub, and feather duvets, this room is enjoyed by both tourists and business guests.

Late check-ins are discussed with the individual guests as to instructions. We do prefer, whenever possible, that check-ins be before 11:00pm.
