Climb or drive to the top of Mount Battie for an incredible view of the area. From 8:00 until 9:30 each morning, you'll be served a full, hearty breakfast in the dining room. The menu changes daily, but it always features inn specialties like crepes Chantilly, breakfast casserole, stuffed French toast and spiced apples. The Captain Swift is a comfortable and cozy inn. Summers are ideal here on the coast, and in autumn, the foliage is stunning. Whatever season you prefer, there are many things to do. The windjammers are an excellent way to spend a summer afternoon. In winter, there is the Camden Snowbowl with fun for everybody. Hiking and biking throughout this scenic area are great almost all year, and the views are wonderful.
