Voted "Simply the Best" Bed and Breakfast in New Bern for 2005 and 2006 by local New Bernians.

Two romantic suites with oversized two-person Jacuzzis. The Eliza Ellis Suite has a king sized bed and the William and Emily Suite has a four poster queen sized canopy bed.

Benjamin Ellis Suite has two rooms - a bedroom with a queen sized canopy bed and a living room with queen sized pullout sofa bed. This arrangement is ideal for families.

Other rooms have either one queen, one king, or two twin beds. All rooms have modern, private bathrooms. Each room has been individually decorated by the innkeepers.

Although the rooms are very comfortable, our guests love to relax on the front porch on one of the inn's swings or rocking chairs.

Full homemade breakfast included in rates. Complimentary white wine and cheese served from 6:00PM to 7:00PM. Soft drinks are available throughout our guests' stay.
Area Attractions and Activities:
Tryon Palace and Gardens, Historic New Bern Trolley Tours, Fireman's Museum, antique and specialty shops, art galleries, beaches (30 miles). Golfing (five public courses within a 20 minute drive). Walking or bicycling in the downtown historic district.
