Bed and Breakfast Description

Largest traditional B & B in Cripple Creek.

All 6 rooms, some with fireplaces, have private attached baths and are decorated in Victorian and or Period style, echoing the days of the Cripple Creek District's boom.

Built in 1898, the house's original charm was recaptured during a 1&1/2 year full restoration of the structure and the addition of a new section in 1995.

Former home of Linda Goodman, famous author and astrologist.

Come and relax on the large deck, forget your troubles and watch the world go by.

Limited Stakes Gambling 1/2 Block away. Trails & Narrow Gauge Railroad along with The Mollie Kathleen Gold Mine Tours (descend 1,000 feet underground). Cripple Creek History Tours. Three Museums nearby. Butte Opera house Melodramas and movies a short walk.

Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument and Fossil Quarry only 18 miles away. Royal Gorge Bridge and Railway, River Rafting, Pikes Peak Highway and Cog Train all within 1-1.5 hrs drive.

The Wood Room: Our largest has queen bed, fireplace, 2-person Jacuzzi and bay window w/city and mountain views. Beautiful Victorian decor. Located on the first floor. A wonderful romantic getaway for you and your spouse.

The Goodman Room: Named for Linda Goodman writer of "Star Signs," "Sun Signs," & many others. The largest of the original house & on the 2nd floor. With a queen bed, full bath & large bay window. A bright room, but cozy enough to enjoy your solitude.
