Escape! to the famous Finger Lakes region of upstate New York, right on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Our small country inn is a perfect spot for a romantic getaway, a respite with friends, or lodging for an extended stay.

Complementing the beautiful, contemporary architecture of our Dundee, NY bed and breakfast is an elegantly understated interior, blending many locally handcrafted furnishings with family heirlooms. Large windows welcome the sunlight, and frame your view of the lake, gardens, and surrounding woods. Relax or socialize in our comfortable great room, or outdoors on the deck or patio, all overlooking the water. On cool evenings, gather around the fireplace and savor a view of the lake at dusk.

Each morning, a delicious, full breakfast
(including fruits/juices, breads/muffins, special entrées, coffee, tea and more) is served in our garden view dining room. Our beautiful deck is a delightful place to enjoy your second cup of coffee or tea. We are happy to provide vegetarian alternatives and/or accommodate other dietary needs, if you let us know ahead of time. We are most happy to make reservations for you to dine at any of the area's excellent restaurants.
