Seven guestrooms, decorated in period antiques, all have private baths, cable TV/DVD, A/C, wireless internet and ample seating.

Most have fireplaces, and three have whirlpool tubs. Huge porches are a great place to relax and enjoy the mountain skyline and koi pond.

Specials include spa, rafting, Biltmore, extended stay and midweek.

Most Popular Rooms:

Garden Room: Cottage room w/high-backed wooden queen bed, gas fireplace, lovely Victorian furnishings and a private bath with whirlpool for two as well as a shower. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

Ayers: Huge room on the second floor with a king size bed and roomy bathroom with a soaking tub. Gas fireplace makes all that space cozy.

Reservation Notes:

Deposit equal to half the total room cost or one night's stay, whichever is greater, will be collected when reservation is made. Deposit is refundable with two weeks or more notice of cancellation, minus a $25 processing fee. With late cancellation, most of the deposit can be applied toward a future stay if the cancelled room can be re-booked.
