 The Italianate Circa 1890 Bed and Breakfast features two comfortable one bedroom suites. The suites include wireless Internet, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, cable TV, CD clock radios, hairdryers and irons. A continental breakfast is served that you can enjoy in your cozy kitchen and coffee and teas can be made at anytime you desire. Each suite at the bed and breakfast has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bath. An electronic front door lock will give you the security and privacy to come and go as your schedule dictates. Our lovely antique porch swing will entice you to enjoy an afternoon or evening watching the rest of the world go by. The Italianate Circa 1890 Bed and Breakfast was operated as a boarding house in the 1900's and Ohio Wesleyan students were able to walk the four blocks to the University with ease. Through the years this charming Victorian house has been the home of college students and young singles alike. The current owners live in the downstairs suite of this charming and comfortable Bed and Breakfast Inn. The Italianate Circa 1890 Bed and Breakfast is perfect for business travelers, out of town attorneys who need to stay close to the courthouse for trials, and visiting families and friends of students of Ohio Wesleyan University and families of patients at Grady Hospital. Our proximity to Columbus and Polaris Shopping makes us a very desirable choice for convenience and economy. Area Attractions and Activities: The historic downtown of Delaware is a unique shopping experience with many charming stores and antiques and an eclectic mix of dining opportunities. Two state parks offer hiking, fishing, and water sports. There are many scenic biking opportunities. The Columbus Zoo is 20 minutes away as well as Polaris Fashion Place premier shopping and entertainment. The Little Brown Jug, one of the jewels in harness racings triple crown, is run in September during the Delaware County Fair and brings in spectators from all over the world. Ohio Wesleyan University offers sports and cultural experiences to the community. The Central Ohio Symphony performs concerts throughout the year.
