Bed and Breakfast Description

The minute you arrive you will enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this beautiful home, the wonderful wrap-around porch with rockers, and the two decks or the backyard swing with views of the fountains and gardens. There are always cookies and hand made chocolates to welcome you.

Lititz House B&B features three beautiful rooms with private baths and a two-room suite with a large shared bath and private hallway - perfect for small groups. Guests have their own private entrance and off-street parking. A lovely sitting room on the second floor provides a cozy place to read, watch cable TV, access the Internet, or simply get acquainted with other guests.

Try out the game room with a pool table, ping-pong and darts. We also have a 3 track train setup for the big kids to play with! For outdoor adventures, we have bicycles for you to ride, along with bocce ball and badminton.

Our gourmet breakfasts have become very popular and returning guests frequently ask for their favorites, such as peach almond puff pancakes with cherry almond sauce!

Area Attractions and Activities:

Visit all that Lititz has to offer with our wonderful country and upscale clothing stores, consignment shops, used book store, tea and coffee houses and antique stores. Don't miss Wilbur Chocolate Factory, and Sturgis Pretzels Factory, the oldest Pretzel factory in the country!

Our parks and historical sites are also a must see. Take a tour through Pennsylvania Dutch country, where you will find many Amish and Mennonite made items, including handmade quilts and homemade foods. If you like antiques, you can tour the Adamstown area with shop after shop of wonderful treasures.

How about wineries? We have some great ones in the area with wine tastings and tours available daily. Outlet shopping here is also great, with two very large outlet malls. Hersey Park is only 40 minutes away. If you like covered bridges, there are two self-guided tours that will take you through our beautiful countryside and show you many of our wonderful covered bridges. Don't forget about Lancaster, too!

Most Popular Rooms:

The Ashley Room, painted a very soft, warm green, is a large, wonderfully cozy room with a queen-size cherry bed, an antique dresser, a private bath and TV. Two very comfortable chairs are a great place to relax or read.

The Rita Room is a large, spacious room on the first floor, with a beautiful cherry queen bedroom suite, private bath and TV. This room also has wonderful, large chestnut pocket doors.
