Bed and Breakfast Description

For 22 years, the Inn has been serving country hospitality along with the splendor of the north coast of California. Walk to Glass Beach, enjoy the magnificent redwood forests, the inspiring headlands and beaches of the coast, or a tranquil hike to a romantic waterfalls.

You might enjoy anyone of the following taste tempting breakfasts while staying at the Inn - our signature breakfast, Baked Eggs on a Bed of Artichoke Hearts, or our Portuguese Toast, or perhaps our famous Finnish Pancake (we've been serving these for 15 years!), Mushroom Spinach Quiche, Belgian Waffles with a delightful Apricot Sauce and many more delicious breakfast entrees.

All of our breakfasts are served with either a side of fruit, fruit sauce or potatoes, and of course, our locally roasted coffee, Thanksgiving Coffee, an organically grown speciality.

Within minutes of the Country Inn, you can explore the "Ten Mile Coastal Trail" - a world famous walking, jogging, and cycling trail, which stretches for miles along the oceanfront, the beauty of the Botanical Gardens, or enjoy horseback riding on the beach. Whale watching and fishing charters are available at nearby Noyo Harbor.

The Inn is located within walking distance of the Skunk Train, and for shoppers and antique buffs, the "Rodeo Drive" of Fort Bragg is just 3 blocks from our Inn. For your dining pleasure, many award winning restaurants are also close by.

Spring Promise: The first light of day illuminates pastel gardened wallpaper and gives a soft, warm glow to the brass of your Victorian bed. The pastel lavender decor compliments the purple-blue hydrangeas that peak at you through the windows.

Summertime Room: The bright fingers of an endless afternoon sun through half-shaded windows, adds a lazy warmth to the pink and beige flowered walls below the vaulted ceiling. In the evening, the embers' romantic glow completes your relaxation.
