Armand Heights B&B offers three beautifully romantic rooms, each with their own private entrance and balcony overlooking a magnificent view of the southern Gulf Islands, the mainland and mountains in the distance.

Bed and Breakfast Description

We call it Armand Heights because at 1000 feet the views are spectacular from all three suites - overlooking all the Gulf Islands and the BC Mainland Coast with Mt. Baker in the distance. This is truly “top of the world” vacation living!

Each of our individually decorated suites has a private bathroom, TV/VCR/Satellite Entertainment System, fridge, coffee & tea maker, complimentary robes, hairdryer and Salt Spring’s own island made chocolates. Two of our deluxe suites are equipped with fireplaces and microwaves.

In the morning when you awake, we offer a full and hearty breakfast consisting of home made bread, jam, fresh fruit, free range eggs, your choice of hot and cold beverages – all served at a private time you select up until 9:00 am.

At the time of your booking we will gladly arrange daily outings such as sailing, kayaking, golfing, restaurants and of course hiking which begins at the other side of our gate. For your convenience we supply a map of all the hiking trails located on Salt Spring.

Area Attractions and Activities:

Armand Heights is centrally located allowing five minute travel time to either the north or south end of the island. In the north is the beautiful town of Ganges with it quaint shops, outdoor cafes and restaurants, local Saturday Market and friendly Chamber of Commerce Information Centre. In the south there is the majestic Mt. Maxwell and Fulford Valley above Burgoyne Bay.

Red Cedar Room: Twin queen beds and extra space for groups. Chalet-like layout includes Pacific Wood Stove for all seasons. Recently re-modeled providing its own separate entrance and balcony access overlooking the Gulf Islands.

Pine Room: Recently remodeled providing its own entrance and balcony access overlooking the Gulf Islands and beyond. Excellent cozy accommodation for singles or couples. Electric Fireplace.
