Bed and Breakfast Description

Located in the heart of Savannah's Historic District overlooking beautiful Chatham Square, the Bed & Breakfast Inn is situated amidst noble old mansions, museums, restaurants, churches and antique shops.
Nestled in the Historic District, on Gordon Row, the inn is well-appointed, and yet, relaxed. Inviting guest rooms, furnished with mostly queen-sized mahogany four poster beds, start at $99.00 per night plus tax. Multiple beds are offered in several rooms.
Enjoy the crisp waffles, over-stuffed omelets, and sizzling bacon which are regular breakfast selections. Fresh-baked breads, oven-toasted granola, seasonal fruits, coffee, tea and juices are permanently on the menu.
Afternoon refreshments, presented in the back parlor, feature a selection of teas, coffee, and often lemonade in addition to sweet temptations.

We are one block from Forsyth Park, with its beautiful fountain and recreational areas. You are within easy walking distance to most major attractions in the downtown historic area, including the City Market entertainment and arts center, the historic Factors Walk, and River Street Plaza along the Savannah River.

Most Popular Rooms:

The Carriage houses are very popular - with a small living room downstairs, a bedroom with four poster queen bed and private bathroom upstairs, these rooms offer a private escape.

Our fourth floor standard rooms offer a very economical choice. Up two flights of stairs, with an amazing view of Chatham Square - exercise and packing a light small suitcase will pay of if you choose these rooms.

Reservation Notes:

A deposit of the first night stay is required to a reserve a room. A $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. 7 days notice must be given for cancellations to receive a refund of the deposit.
