Beechwood Inn
Barnstable, Massachusetts.
Award winning romantic Victorian Inn along the historic "Old King's Highway." Six spacious guestrooms furnished with elegant antiques, some with fireplaces or views of Cape Cod Bay. Top rated by AAA and Mobil travel guides.
Bed and Breakfast Accommodations

Beechwood gets its name from the two magnificent beech trees that shade the inn. A delightful veranda wraps around three sides of the house. Rockers and wicker furniture overlook acres of quiet lawns, gardens and woods.
In summer, afternoon iced tea and lemonade are served on the porch. In cooler seasons, hot teas, coffees and sweets are served in front of the parlor fireplace.
A three course gourmet breakfast is served at individual tables graced with lace tablecloths.
The wood paneled dining room has an original pressed-tin ceiling and a beautiful Eastlake mantled fireplace completes the Victorian scene. Raspberry bread, baked pears and apple harvest pancakes are some of the dishes on chef Debra's daily gourmet menu.
Each room is uniquely decorated with antiques. All rooms have king or queen beds; some have fireplaces or great views of Cape Cod Bay. All have private baths, refrigerators, either a walk-in closet or armoire and are air-conditioned.
Beechwood is top-rated by AAA and Mobil. The Inn is recommended in Gourmet magazine and over 45 travel books and guides. Beechwood is Cape Cod Life magazine's award winner, "Best B&B - Mid Cape" and is a Yankee Magazine "Editor's Choice."

| "Debbie and Ken couldn't have been nicer! They made us feel so welcome. The room and breakfast were great. They were so helpful with suggestions of things to see and do, like the beautiful beaches which are a must see, even in winter." - Inn Guest "We have stayed at the Beechwood twice - once in June 2007 and again in March 2008. After our first visit we couldn't wait to plan a return trip. We can't say enough good things about the Beechwood and have recommended it to family and friends." - Inn Guest |
