Acacia House was built in 1994 in the Italianate design and is located in a quiet upscale residential neighborhood. Guests may enjoy the lovely patio retreat in the upper back garden.
Exploring the many delightful cafes, coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants along College Avenue in the Rockridge District is easy, as breakfast is provided on a limited basis. Acacia House is best suited to adult guests who can comfortably manage stairs.
Convenient to BART, AC Transit, major freeways, the Rockridge Shoppping District, Piedmont Avenue Shops, the Montclair District, California College of the Arts, UC Berkeley, local museums, and the gourmet ghetto of Oakland & Berkeley.

We're a short walk (9/10 mile) from the Rockridge BART Station and shopping district and 1/2 mile to the Broadway Exit from Highway 24. Conveniently located to College and Piedmont Avenues shops, cafes, and restaurants. Oakland's College Avenue and Berkeley's gourmet ghetto offer the finest in California cuisine.
Shopping is always fun at the Emery Bay Shopping Center, the Montclair District, or in nearby Walnut Creek. Nearby parks and recreation centers offer hiking, bicycling, rowing, sailing, and other sports related activities.
