Attentive, gracious service and gourmet dining in an air of casual elegance. We offer 3 gourmet meals,focusing on organic and locally raised foods plus pre-dinner hors d'oeuvres and unlimited snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Picnic-style lunches can accompany you on a 3 hour wilderness outing. Gourmet dinner is served by candlelight with wild horses grazing outside the windows.

Area Attractions and Activities:
Greyfield staff Naturalists provide daily Jeep/Land Rover tours of the Island for guests. Many wild horses, 360 species of birds, alligators, deer, bobcat roam the island. Fascinating cultural history also; Timucuan Indians inhabited island many years ago, Plantation era in the 1800's, Carnegie era late 1800's. Private tours are available at an additional charge by advance reservation.
Kayaks available for exploring our beautiful creeks and marshes.Bicycles for exploring trails & dirt roads & the incredible expanse of beach. Swimming is wonderful along an uninhabited 18 mile stretch of broad sandy beaches and incredible dunes. Fishing is great during every season, along either our beaches or in the creeks on the marsh side. Red bass, trout, pompano, drum, whiting are just a few to catch.
Island is completely undeveloped with Greyfield surrounded by a National Seashore, which provides the utmost in serenity and beauty. No TV, telephones, internet, just peace & quiet.

Stafford Suite: Our spacious "premier" suite is nestled among the trees, with marsh view, private bath, sitting alcove, and king bed.
Porch Suite: Lovely third floor suite with king bed overlooking front lawn. Private bathroom and adjoining sitting room with daybed. This suite can accommodate three guests.
