Bed and Breakfast Description

Richmond, Vermont bed and breakfast: The Richmond Victorian Inn

The Richmond Victorian Inn has been home to the Stewart family since 2002 and celebrates the best New England has to offer. Antique furnishings fill the Inn and our guestrooms feature queen-size beds with cozy patchwork quilts, fluffy pillows, and optional down comforters, when the weather turns chilly.

The village of Richmond is a quiet, friendly place (home to the Historic Round Church and Harrington's Smoked Meats), and is rich with fine restaurants and a variety of shops. All of this is just minutes from Burlington and Lake Champlain. Other towns and attractions - Shelburne Museum and Farm, Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory, and Stowe, to name a few - are just a short drive away.

The Inn also serves British-style afternoon teas to the public on Sundays, September through May, featuring delicious finger sandwiches, homemade scones and desserts, varying weekly.

A full country breakfast, featuring local Vermont specialties, is included in your room rate. It is served family-style each morning in our dining room.

Whatever the reason and whatever the season, we look forward to your visit! Come and share what Vermont life is all about!
