This area offers everything from fine dining, shopping, boat tours, and nightlife to parks, sports and forts. No trip to Nova Scotia would be complete without a few days in Halifax.

The inn offers 3 guest rooms with private baths, 2 with Jacuzzi tubs. Amenities include cable TV, phone, in-room fireplaces, full breakfast. Open year round.

Area Attractions and Activities:

Just a walk away from shopping, restaurants, tennis courts, universities, and the 'Downtown'. Four golf courses within a half-hour drive. The Halifax Waterfront is alive with entertainment from May well into October.

Peggy's Cove, Chester, Mahone Bay and Lunenburg are great daytrips from Halifax. We offer Maritime Hospitality in a smoke free environment.

Room #1: This room is on the back of the house and is the quietest room. It has a lovely quilt, antique bureau and tub with whirlpool jets.

Room #2: This is my sunshine room. Located on the second floor, this is a very bright room with a large window that looks out over the big old trees on Connaught Ave.
