Our peaceful hideaway lets you enjoy the tranquil island setting, and just outside our front door is Key West's main street. If it's browsing art galleries, shopping, playing water sports, or enjoying the nightlife, it is all within walking distance.

Bed and Breakfast Accommodations

Our wide variety of rooms are meticulously cared for. All have private bath, cable TV, A/C, ceiling fans. Some with Jacuzzi tubs, kitchenettes or full kitchen. Stroll out the front door where shops, restaurants, galleries and live music await.

In our tranquil tropical garden (one of the largest in the downtown area), you will relax and unwind by the pool surrounded by swaying coconut palms, avocado, key lime, frangipani and hibiscus blooms. Smell the fragrant night blooming jasmine, while you lounge on your balcony in the evening. Awake to delicious brewed coffee or tea, fresh fruits and pastries, and bagels and toast served on a buffet by the pool.

Our friendly staff is pleased to assist you in selecting one of the island's numerous activities...fishing, diving, snorkeling, back-country kayaking, birdwatching, sunset sails, glass bottom boats, historic island tours and more. We welcome families with children and provide a "historic" playhouse in the garden. Our island jewel has an average year round temp. of 77 degrees.

The Wicker Guesthouse is the ideal spot for a getaway, family reunion or wedding. You can fly to Key West directly, or drive down the exquisite overseas highway. We provide free off-street parking.

Offshore lies North America's only living coral reef. There are endless watersport activities and island tours. Golf, tennis, parasailing, deep sea and back-country fishing, diving, snorkeling, kayaking, birdwatching all nearby. Shopping is a favorite pastime on eclectic Duval Street. Historic Civil War forts, State Parks and beaches within walking distance. Ernest Hemingway's home is a 1/2 block away.
